January 2025 - Tilley applications open

9th May 2025 - applications close, entries submitted to sift judges

18th July 2025 - shortlist announced and forwarded to final judging panel

22nd August 2025 - finalists announced

September/October 2025 - winners announced at National Problem Solving Conference

The Ellie Smart Award

An award for an unsung hero of problem solving, those people who work tirelessly behind the scenes supporting problem solving initiatives, this could be an analyst who has been particularly passionate, business support or a volunteer who has taken the lead on problem solving initiatives in your force area. This should be an individual or team that are not recognised as part of Tilley submission. To be judged separately to the main Tilley Awards.  Nomination form is available here.
